PRAY FOR DEATH are a Deathmetal/Hardcore band from Western Sydney. Formerly known as Silence The End, PRAY FOR DEATH bring forth a fresh/original sound to the heavy music scene in Sydney. Producing the heaviest, most electrifying music possible PRAY FOR DEATH aspire to provide a captivating live performance and intense shows locally until the scheduled e.p release in early 2010. Finding influence in bands such as Impending Doom, Whitechapel and Suicide Silence, PRAY FOR DEATH undeniably possess an original sound.

The Reason regarding our name change is the obvious fact that Silence The End had a little to NO significance to what we were about and did not have the edge we wanted. We are satisfied with the new name we have chosen and have faith that it will assist in our bands journey towards becoming more mature musicians.
